It’s time to get your SWEAT on! SWEAT Powered by Iron Force Fitness is revolutionizing the way you workout. What is SWEAT? Led by experienced coaches, within a high-energy group setting, SWEAT is a calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of fitness. With a proven combination of high-intensity intervals, functional training and core conditioning, SWEAT is guaranteed to give you an awesome workout that allows you to burn calories, SWEAT, shred fat, boost metabolism and develop a strong, physically fit body.

How is SWEAT different?

We believe 100% that you can get a ‘good’ workout anywhere. But without a fun, supportive, team environment at a gym with a really awesome VIBE, your motivation to want to continue will eventually fade. At Iron Force Fitness, we are YOUR coaches. Here to support you, hold you accountable and teach you a better way to get the results you want. The goal of SWEAT is to create a program for absolutely ANY, ALL, and EVERY fitness level. Higher intensity shorter duration workouts get you more results, without burnout and get you fit for the real world. Our workouts will focus on bodyweight movements, kettlebells, rowing, and more to burn fat, elevate metabolism, promote lean muscle growth, and develop overall metabolic conditioning.

INTRO TO CROSSFIT

The course will cover everything from What CrossFit is, Foundational Movements, Terminology, Nutrition, and Classroom etiquette. It is for anyone looking to improve their lives through the use of fitness in a fun, challenging, classroom environment. This class meets Tuesday and Friday nights at 7:00pm for 6 weeks.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

AEROBIC CAPACITY

Incorporates rowing, running, biking, skiing, and other pieces of equipment in a manner that it gives the member a great aerobic workout. This class is great for anyone looking to build stamina within all facets of CrossFit and endurance training.

Incorporates elements of CrossFit without the use of a barbell. High intense, short interval training using kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls etc.

WEIGHTLIFTING SEMINAR

A Olympic lifting seminar that stresses the basics of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. In this class the member learns the proper set-up, pulls, and finishes of each movement. Great for any beginner/moderate weightlifter.
